Request for Qualifications from Consulting Engineers The City of Corbin, is accepting proposals for the planning, design, inspection and other related engineering services to be performed in the development of the Corbin Splash Pad Project. An RFQ package can be requested by contacting Corbin City Clerk Roberta Webb at 606-528-0669 or at Corbin Government Center, 805 South Main, Corbin, Ky 40701. Four copies of the qualifications statement must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Engineering Qualifications-Corbin Splash Pad" to: Roberta Webb, Corbin City Clerk City of Corbin 805 South Main St. Corbin, Ky 40701 Statement of Qualifications must be received prior to 4:00 p.m., Thursday, October 17th, 2019. any qualifications not meeting the minimum requirements for engineers, prior experience, or not meeting the Scope of Services as outlined in this request will be rejected. Interviews may be requested. Engineers are not expected to attend the Qualifications opening and evaluations. Attention is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, Title VI, and EO 11426. Local, minority and female owned firms are particularly encouraged to participate. As stated above the City of Corbin has the right to reject any and all qualifications submitted.
