Pursuant to KRS Chapter 100, the Board of Adjustments of Corbin, Kentucky will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at the hour of 5:00 P.M. in the Government complex Building's Courtroom, Room 202, Second Floor, 805 South Main Street, Corbin, Kentucky 40701, concerning request by the following individual: An Application for Variance to the front setback restrictions of twenty-five (25) feet has been made by Jack & Kim Swafford for a reduction of the front yard setback restriction to allow for a two-car garage at 103 Bradyl Street. The Hearing is held and Notice is given in accordance with the Kentucky Revised Statutes, Chapter 100, and the Corbin Zoning Ordinance.
