Invitation to Bid – Sale of Surplus Items The Corbin Board of Education has declared a Chevrolet Suburban, a baby grand piano, multiple pieces of technology equipment, and multiple pieces of Food Service equipment as surplus property and will receive separate sealed bids for these items. Please contact Erica Smith, Donna Bowling or Lisa Wine at the Corbin Board of Education at 606-528-1303 to obtain a list of the items. To see the items, interested parties may contact the Central Office at 606-528-1303 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Your sealed bid must be labeled "Surplus Sale Bid Enclosed" and include the item number(s) and description of the item(s) you want to bid on, the amount of your bid, along with your name, address, and phone number. Bids for lots of items will be accepted as well. All bids should designate whether amount offered is for lot, or individual item. Submit your sealed bid to the Corbin Board of Education, Attn: Rhonda Moore, 108 Roy Kidd Avenue, Corbin, Kentucky 40701 during regular office hours from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Bid deadline is 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 3rd, at 2pm. Bids received after the scheduled closing time will be returned unopened to the bidder. The Corbin Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities.
